Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to use Sales and Marketing initiatives to attract and sell a franchise proposition to prospective franchisees across Europe. * Make first calls to prospects to check they have received pack and present the opportunity * Manage prospects, from making first calls, follow up calls, making sure they have relevant and up to date information at all times * Organise conversations with current franchise owners for references * Book prospects in for meetings, events and webexes * Organise on-side meeting agendas * Guide the prospect through the due diligence process, helping them with business planning, bank loan application and government grants * Assist franchise prospects to understand the franchise agreement and make clarifications and amendments from time to time and where necessary * Prepare, mark up and bind franchise agreements * Track paperwork - such as CVs, CPHs and business plans * Ensure CRM system is up to date * Present at franchise seminars Marketing Duties: * Continuously search for market information for various marketing campaigns * Continuously make marketing recommendations * Regularly update web sites where we advertise * Regularly post and blog on Twitter, LI, Xing, Viadeo and other business networking sites * Track marketing initiatives and regularly report on lead status * Prepare prospect presentation packs with latest and relevant information * Prepare presentation and exhibition material for events * Write testimonials, advertisements, editorial for various advertising platforms * Write and update marketing material where applicable * Support Area Developers by researching and working together on marketing initiatives * Prepare marketing campaigns per region * Organising and presenting at Discovery Days, forums and networking events * Regularly prepare 'hot sheet' status report * Support and update Area Developers * Ensure volume of leads per month * Send month mailers to prospect database * Make sure blogging and website up to date Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
