Recruitment Trainer/Performance Coach – Global Recruitment Consultancy. Barrington James is a Global Pharmaceutical Recruitment Consultancy with offices in the US, South East Asia and Europe. To support our global expansion, we are now currently hiring a Recruitment Trainer to join our global headquarters in Horley, Surrey. Although this positions involves no Sales/Business Development, this individual will have a good understanding of the art of selling and have a natural ability motivate others. They will find it easy to coach, critique and encourage our recruiters as they develop their sales skills, build their desks and manage the recruitment process. Training will be delivered to our sales force at all levels from our newest recruits to our most proven billers. Our Recruitment Trainer will be adaptable and enthusiastic as they tailor training sessions to meet individual requirements ranging from group sessions in the board room to one on one on desk coaching. We have the material, you’ll be responsible for the effective delivery. This role is not limited to experienced trainers, and would potentially be the ideal role for a proven salesperson looking to step away from the phone and help others achieve success. What we are looking for in our Recruitment Coach. • A natural salesperson who carries life experience, energy and enthusiasm with them everywhere they go. • An inspirational motivator with an extremely strong communication style. • A proven recruiter, all training experience is of course very advantageous. • Experience with on desk call coaching and/or classroom training sessions. • While the more recruitment experience the better attitude and ability is more crucial than work history. • An excellent relationship builder who will easily forge strong working relationships with our varied salesforce. The main roles of our Sales Trainer are as follows; • To deliver training to new and experienced recruiters. • Sales skill training, focusing on building a desk, business development, candidate generation, managing the recruitment process, pre closing and closing. • Motivation training and goal setting. • Delivering on desk call coaching, listening to calls and providing feedback to improve performance. • Running occasional classroom training sessions, programmes and ad-hoc sessions. Our performance coach promises to be a key member of staff who will contribute to the future success of our recruiters. Although not essential to the role, if you wish to, you will be offered the opportunity to travel to our many overseas offices to support out training and development academy on a global level.
