An outstanding opportunity for a Secretary to join a thriving and modern thinking recruitment firm. You will be supporting the fee earners with such matters as ensuring all routine typing and administrative processes are undertaken along with co-ordinating diary commitments etc. Arranging interviews. Updating the database. Typing cvs. You should have knowledge of case management systems and have a good level of experience generally with Word documents and Excel spreadsheets and excellent organisation skills. You should have good all round education standards with a high degree of self management and be able to ensure that client confidentiality is protected at all times. You must have some previous experience of working within a law firm or similar professional practice. You should be a highly motivated individual with an eye for detail, and adept with the use of Microsoft Word and case management systems.
