PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A SELF EMPLOYED POSITION THAT CAN BE BASED FROM HOME. You must have at least 3 years Recruitment Experience and your own transport. Cover People Recruitment Ltd are looking for a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant to run a Self Employed Desk for our Interpreting and Translation Sector. The position will suit someone who is capable of building a team of recruiters (long term) across the UK. As this is home based you can be based anywhere in the UK. You will currently be a Senior recruitment consultant or branch manager, (experience of the Interpreting and Translation Sector would be an advantage) looking to take the next step into earning what you are worth without all the back office costs/responsibility. Serious applicants only need apply for the position you will need the following attributes to be considered: * Self-Starter * Team Leader * Honesty/Integrity * Positive personality * Outgoing * Confident * Able to cold call via telephone * Able to cold call clients in person (door knocking) * Computer literate * Able to take rejections * Good sense of humour * Stable individual * Full Clean UK Driving License The business can initially operate from a home office and you will require: A computer Scanner Mobile Phone Land Line Internet (Outlook or similar) Your own method of transport Brief Overview Cover People Limited will provide all the necessary documentation and payroll support (we will pay the temporary staff) which will enable you to commence and operate the business efficiently from day one. We will assist with the setup of your business, provide email addresses, business cards and will assist with the placement of advertising for Temporary and Permanent positions. You will be advised on the day to day operations of the business including all administration procedures. Your job role is to gain the business and eventually build a team of recruiters. You should earn income by week 3 of the business being operational. You will be paid via BACS weekly in arrears and this will be as a Self-Employed person. We will include your office details and location onto our web site and you will be able to place and advertise jobs on the web site. Prior to day one trading, you will be expected to sign a legally binding agreement which protects both parties.
