Self-employed Remote Graduate Recruitment Sales
Opportunity: Very High and residual income
Let us be clear from the start. We are the leading sales consultancy and as such are expected to show best practice earn the best people. We therefore only want salespeople who are serious and determined to earn high income from the sales that they make using our proven system. You will be guided and trained, mentored, and coached by two leading experts each with 30+ years in sales at the top.
An opportunity to work remotely as part of a team and build a high and repeat passive income. Offering unique and in demand lucrative services through a tried and tested system. We have been the leader offering remote salespeople on commission and results-based formulas since 2008. Now everyone, clients and candidates are wanting remote. And companies are finding us and our people an alternative to raising bank or equity finance which is in extremely short supply.
We have a key product our, “Sales Partnership Contract” where we offer to build a team of over 100+ remote commission-based sales agents. We work with an initial set up fee and then an override on each of the salespeople that we place. Initial set up fee advance is typically £4,500 and could be spread over 3 months. Can you imagine Post Lockdown just how popular this is? When companies have triple the cost for offices and candidates will only work remote? Plus, they have no budget or finance for offices or basic salaries. Those days are gone.
We offer various other sales recruitment products. We also offer digital marketing, lead generation and other services that can be up or cross sells.
You will work initially as an ‘Opener’ with our guidance as to what industries, companies and individuals to call/email/message and a sales approach that works. You just must arrange a second appointment, visit, or zoom call for a ‘Closer’ to win the business. We will groom you to become a closer within your first three months. There are additional day rate incomes for presenting at some of our recruitment events around the UK and Europe again when it opens up.
You will be trained from the start and ongoing. We have a very strong background in training. The founder’s books can be found on Amazon.
We seek ambitious graduates which have decided on a career in sales and are seeking high income whilst still in their lower twenties. They want to work on their own terms, be independent and have the lion’s share of the profit they bring in.
There are three elements to remuneration
1.Fast Sales Fees. All deposits paid you receive 30% As this is paid before work commences, you are paid quite quickly. This can vary between £600 - £1300 per deal. When you are a ‘Closer ‘ this figure rises to 50%.
2. Residual Sales Fees. Anything paid by the client in the following 3 months you also receive 30% on. This can vary considerably. Again, when you are promoted to closer this becomes 50% of everything the client pays to us. It means by end of month 3 you should have future income already earnt and coming in.
3. Day Rates. There will be additional specific tasks such as presenting at events. Alle expenses for travel and meals, and hotel accommodation will be also be paid.
So, to be clear, if you do not work you will earn nothing. However, we expect in your first year and below average graduate to earn £20,000 to £25,000 an average one to earn up to £40,000 and above average to earn considerably above that. Because of the residual the monthly income will be a lot higher each month.
We do not pay out for non-producers or carry unnecessary fixed costs, we pay those savings to our graduate sales team. Your location can be anywhere, we see it as an asset. You can relocate and keep your employment and further increase your living standard by earning UK rates by say living in Spain with less than half the cost of living.
You will want to earn fast and as nearly everything we do takes a deposit, that will happen to those who take action. Your focus though will be on building a substantial passive repeat income for the long term. A business that is ultimately not dependent on your input for payment.
You will want to be free to choose the hours you work. You will have a wealth of experience, contacts, high goals and most importantly self-discipline and confidence.

On joining we will help you build your own portfolio. We have an automated lead generation system to provide you hot leads. We also have a system utilising LinkedIn that works. Messaging, networking, and managing niche groups with our proven methods. There are thousands of LinkedIn Director level people asking for help recruiting or posting sales and recruitment frustrations every day. You will be focused on talking and visiting these warm and hot leads to close business. We are targeting a certain profile of client that is prospering post Lockdown on the new economy. You will find that most prospects close themselves on visiting our website and other online information.
Initially you will be trained and supported including joining closing visits.

1. A university graduate with at least a 2/2 honours degree.
2. Clear and high financial goals in terms of income and residual.
