SEN RECRUITMENT RESOURCER/ SUPPORT CONSULTANT (NO SALES!) Do you want a job working with schools, teachers and support staff? Happy to work in a close knit SEN team delivering the best supply service possible? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment where no 2 days are the same? If so then this could be the job for you! Due to the business and expansion of our Special Needs Division here at Capita Education, we are looking for a friendly and approachable person to support our Senior Consultant. This really is a brilliant role for someone who is very service driven and dedicated to do the best possible for schools and our candidates. This role will be supporting our Senior Consultant undertaking the following tasks - not exhaustive! * To attract the best candidates possible and keep up with the staffing demands of our SEN schools, you will be writing adverts for supply staff and placing them on various websites * Dealing with the advert responses, assessing suitability, vetting, organising emails and conducting interviews to ascertain key skills and personal attributes * Working with our Compliance officer, ensuring our candidates are cleared for work quickly and in line with safer recruitment practises * Keeping candidate availability up to date and contacting candidates for weekly updates * Calling candidates to offer them work and confirming their details for the matched school * Sourcing candidates for longer term roles and sending cvs under the guidance of our Senior Consultant * Accompanying our Senior Consultant on visits to existing clients so you can understand that specific school's requirements * Weekly payroll administration * General marketing activities and administration in response to business needs * Working to service and candidate targets * Offering a service both over the phone and face to face The successful person will certainly have a "can do" attitude to work and an ability to think outside of the box in pursuit of service excellence. You will be completely comfortable on the phone aswell as in face to face situations and will have the confidence to do this effortlessly. Previous experience (at least one year) in a fast paced, customer related environment is essential with evidence of problem solving. Some experience of working within a school environment is helpful but not essential. Overall, you should be hardworking and driven to achieve the best you can for schools, candidates and Capita alike. Hours are 37.5 per week.
