Responsibilities: • Generate new business by telephone and email • Management the recruitment process from start to finish • Develop the existing database, through exploring new companies and clients • Develop of existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and client retention • Develop own market place • Create succession in terms of personal billings • Assist in the recruitment of personnel • Consistently over achieve targets (personal and team) • Behave positively at all times • Implement or create new initiatives to inspire those around you • Candidate Requirements Skills and Experience: • You will be a talented and engaging Sales Professional • Proven track record in maximizing revenue and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction • Strong relationship builder • Proven track record in exceeding sales targets • Experience managing and developing a team • Have excellent interpersonal skills • Able to work with people at all levels across the business • Able to confidently motivate those around you. • An industry leading commission structure and mature working environment where you will be an essential part of the business growth.
