Job Title: Senior Consultant, Industry: Sales Recruitment Location: Canary Wharf, Docklands Package: Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£60,000 OTE) + Personal Development + Rapid Progression into Management The Role: In this Senior Consultant position you will very simply run your own business within the business. You will perform a full 360' role, choosing your own vertical alignment and building your own customer base focusing purely on Commercial Sales Recruitment. Whilst we expect a decent level of business development activity from all Senior Consultants, we do provide warm leads, incoming clients, extensive Marketing budget and generous resources including in-house resourcing teams, advertising on dozens of online job boards, corporate LinkedIn access and lucrative in-house database. The next step on the ladder is management and we ideally want candidates who want to take this step as soon as possible, whilst enjoying the benefits of a cracking commission plan along the way - up to 30% of monthly revenue! The Candidate: Due to recent success this international sales recruitment specialist is expanding and looking to reinvest into its business by recruiting new members and is looking to hire an experienced recruiter who is looking to take the next step in their career.
