Senior Consultant for a well-established Recruitment consultancy - £30-£38k + excellent benefits My client, a well established consultancy who specialise in providing recruitment solutions in Commercial, Industrial, Catering, Driving and Aviation industries are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join their offices in there city office. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Maximise revenue by applying more focus on key clients. To identify and win new business through the development of client calls To introduce additional products and cross-selling the various services offered. Agreement to Terms of Business with new customers Daily client development calls focussing on client engagement and generation of new leads and opportunities. Regular meetings with prospect and existing customers. Weekly and Monthly reporting to the Strategic Solutions Director on specific KPI’S Engagement with team members to ensure effective delivery To be considered for this role you must have possess the following experience, skills and qualities: Deliver outstanding performance levels in relation to financial results, business development customer management Extremely target driven Previous experience in Sales, preferably managed a sales team Educated to degree level (or equivalent) Be a team player and self-motivates The main focus of this role is to generate additional Contract business within New and Existing customers whilst aiming to increase the amount of repeat business that the organisations team is achieving.
