Senior Graduate Recruiter EMEA - Woking - Duration 4 months £30 - £40 per hour The Early Talent Manager will implement comprehensive university talent attraction and recruitment strategies for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA). The primary focus will be managing the end-to-end recruitment and participant experience for the International Recruitment Development Programme (IRDP); recruiting exceptional talent and supporting their ongoing development as well as recruiting for other Leadership Development Programmes (LDP) across the region for our Consumer, Pharmaceutical and the Medical Devices sectors. The position requires a proven ability to collaborate as a business partner across all levels within the organisation, including company executives, senior HR leaders and hiring managers. Whilst working for this leading company you will be required to undertake the following tasks: * Collecting and reviewing the university/MBA hiring forecast (full-time and internship) needs for the region. * Execute sourcing strategies at key business schools and Universities in the region to identify a qualified, diverse pool of candidates for hiring managers. * Nurture and maintain relationships with university Career Services, Faculty, Campus Organisations, Student Clubs, and alumni that will enable J&J to advance our employer brand and attract high calibre candidates. * Create university strategic plans at designated universities with clearly defined objectives, managing the calendar of events and attending campus events in support of school strategies. * Securing appropriate involvement of J&J leaders within the business to execute the strategy to achieve recruitment outcomes. This includes identifying and managing the campus teams for universities as appropriate, educating and preparing teams on campus strategy, tactics and the overall J&J value proposition. * Managing all aspects of full-time and internship recruiting operational activity based on annual forecasts, providing school selection criteria and guidance, managing requisitions via the Recruitment Technology (RT), sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection, and offer management. * Communicating with internal client groups to ensure they are informed of market trends that may impact recruitment strategies. * Use data and stakeholder feedback to make informed recommendations concerning long-term strategy and recruiting processes. * Engage with senior leaders in HR and the business to ensure mutual understanding of opportunities and processes. * Support the development of a centralised University strategy for the EMEA region, partnering with recruiters across multiple countries to ensure a collaborative and sustainable University approach * Managing the IRD programme experience for participants; supporting on boarding, orientations, coaching, development planning and managing the mentor/buddy initiatives * Manage the summer internship experience for first year MBAs; on-boarding, coaching, through mid and post internship evaluation and making future hiring decisions in collaboration with hiring managers and HR Partners. Skills * This position will require approximately 30% travel. * Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) with a minimum of 8 years applicable work experience in recruiting and/or human resources. * Ability to travel throughout EMEA - to meet with internal customers and universities. * Account management and consulting skills. * Ability to analyse data into actionable business plans. * Ability to set expectations, work independently through ambiguity and take accountability. * Credibility with clients and ability to lead, influence and drive behaviour change without formal authority across a broad range of levels in client companies. * Strong presentation skills to connect with broad audiences with impact * Proficiency in behavioural based interviewing, TSI preferred. * Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems/Job Posting systems (Taleo), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access). * Strong project management skills, ROI analysis and metrics development. Fluent in English. Desirable * A solid understanding of the graduate and MBA recruitment landscape (education system, qualifications, university recruitment cycles) * Sourcing background - ability to look at multiple channels to identify candidates and engage innovative strategies to attract candidates. * Knowledge of health care either in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices or Consumer.
