Our client already has successful businesses across a range of recruitment, sales and service industries and sectors, in UAE and USA, and is now looking to replicate this phenomenal success in the UK. Therefore, this will be a UK start-up but with a tried and tested business plan. Our client has the investment, knowledge, commitment, drive and passion for delivering high quality services, all they need now is a top quality team, and that’s where you come in. We are recruiting for a number of roles for this client, including Senior Healthcare Recruitment Consultants, Senior Education Recruitment Consultants, and a NHS Senior Business Development Manager/Director, who is likely to have solid experience of selling medical devises or health/medical consumables to the NHS, and who has some recent NHS Procurement tendering experience. What we are looking for. Whilst these roles are different, they share the same core attributes, namely successful, experienced, high billing, stable employment history, passionate, driven and a real love of sales. Start-up isn’t for everyone, and it takes a lot of hard work and effort to establish and grow any new successful business, before taking into consideration these challenging times we are living in with Coronavirus. You will currently be working in healthcare recruitment or have recent experience, and have a proven track record of high billing and success. You may currently be a senior recruiter or team leader, or a consultant ready to take the next step on your career journey. You will be resourceful, ambitious, have a can-do attitude, resilient, and be willing to put in the hours, time and effort it takes to establish a new business. What’s in it for you.
