ADVERT REFERENCE: KP-164006 JOB TITLE: Senior HR Coordinator Location: Kettering Salary: £19,000 - £23,000 per hour plus statutory holiday pay Permanent - full-time opportunity - 40 hours per week Protocol is pleased to be working alongside a leading Further Education provider to recruit an experienced Senior HR Co-ordinator. Overall Responsibilities: To support the Human Resources team in the provision of a high quality Human Resources Administration and high-volume Recruitment service to the college. The Senior HR Co-ordinator will lead the "end to end" recruitment process for the college ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction is achieved. The post holder will also provide confidential and accurate administration support to a designated member of the HR operational team. We are keen to hear from hardworking candidates that have the ability to work on their own initiative. Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria: * CIPD Level 3 Human Resources Practice * Practical experience of working in a busy/high volume Recruitment environment * Excellent working knowledge of the Keeping Children Safe in Education Safer Recruitment Statutory Guidance * Experience of using a HR system (preferably ITrent) and the ability to analyse information and produce reports We are looking to interview immediately.
