Senior HR Generalist and Recruitment Advisor Permanent/ Full Time Norwich £30,000 - £35,000 pa Working with the management team of a national company, my client is looking for an HR Generalist whose duties will include performance management, employment relations, staff recruitment and retention as well as giving advising the business on employment legislation. You will have experience of management training and development, implementing organisational change as well as HR administration. The successful candidate will ideally be from a manufacturing or production environment, with a good knowledge of employment law and will be CIPD Leve 5 qualified (or working towards). Good Excel and Word knowledge, as well as experience of using an HR management system (HRMS) are also required. Please note that due to location, having your own transport is essential.
