Senior IT Recruitment Consultant - role As a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant you will be responsbile for building and retaining a strong pipeline of candidates who specialise in the Perms and Contract Software Developer vertical market. Starting with the UK you will build a strong pipeline of software developers Gain new clients through new business development Gradually looking to broaden your territory into the European markets i.e Berlin and Amsterdam Pro-actively source candidates from job boards and referrals Build a strong network of candidates Meet clients face to face in order to develop relationships Manage the end to end recruitment cycle Become a specialist in your individual market Be an instrumental decision maker in building your own brand.
