We are looking for a consultant who recognises the needs of their clients and candidates, whilst providing quality, tailored recruitment services and meeting individual revenue targets. If you are an experienced recruiter and are interested in joining us, we are providing incomparable opportunities both in terms of earnings and career. • Full 360° Role • £20-35k Base • Technical/IT • Greater London • Permanent The Role: • A Senior Recruitment Consultant • A structured and consultative business development approach • Manage, nurture and build relationships • Fantastic client base • Placing all levels of candidates up to Senior level • Develop a deep understanding of client business • Understanding specific requirements for vacancies to be filled • Source the most suitable applicants, interviewing them and assessing their knowledge and skill level • Build strong relationships with all relevant applicants • Work and liaise with colleagues in other parts of the business • Achieve agreed activity and revenue targets • Develop industry, sector and subject matter expertise The Company: • Established Boutique Recruitment Consultancy • Specialising in IT recruitment • Modern office in the heart of Petts Wood, close proximity to Petts Wood Train Station (20 minutes into London Bridge) • Long standing client based, including SME and Multinational organisations • Friendly team • Supportive working environment • Work life balance environment The Person: • A proven track record in recruitment with a minimum of 1 years recruitment experience in IT or technology • Ability to manage multiple roles across disciplines and locations • Highly organised with excellent communication skills • Able to provide a premium service to clients • Ability to write exciting, search engine adverts • Knowledge of the IT sector is a must • Track record of Personal Billing Success /Achievement • Able to work in a busy and demanding sector • You will be adept with a range of sourcing techniques including Boolean strings • Must enjoy client contact and be a strong relationship builder • Strong candidate resourcing skills up to senior level • Must be presentable, with excellent communication skills • Must be able to develop new client business • Ownership of existing key client relationships and major accounts. • Meeting with candidates and clients to better understand requirements and gain market knowledge. • A track record of consistent billings, both with existing clients and development of new accounts You must hold a strong billing record and a healthy CV to be considered for this role.
