Senior Recruitment Account Manager - Hot Desk (50 clients) – Media / Exhibitions Sector - £35,000 About Us Ascension is a multi-sector professional services recruitment consultancy based in Chelmsford, Essex. We challenge beliefs within an industry that is stuck in its ways and we are now seeking a senior account manager with entrepreneurial DNA to join our team. Unlike other recruitment agencies we are not KPI driven and align our businesses, candidate and client goals by offering an innovative recruitment model. We’re currently a team of 9, consisting of 2 directors, 2 senior consultants, 2 Resourcers and a back office support team. Our office hours are 8:30 – 6pm however we offer a degree of flexibility and individual incentives based on personal requirements. The Job. This opportunity available is arguably one of the hottest desks in Essex! It consists of over 50 signed terms of business and 30 live accounts who are all actively recruiting on a continual basis. As the account manager you will inherit the total pipeline which exceeds £200k and be solely responsible for developing existing relationships. To assist you, you will also have the support of a dedicated specialist resourcer and she will report into you. Day to day duties will be particularly varied and at your discretion to manage but do include: working towards billing targets, client liaison, 2nd tier candidate screening, resourcing, client meetings, Service visits, advert writing and reporting. This is a Senior Account manager position so you will report directly into the shareholders.
