Recruitment Advisor (3 month Temp) - Sunbury - £20.00PH We are currently recruiting for a large corporate organisation based in Sunbury for an experienced Recruitment Advisor on a 3 month temp basis to support the HR function Purpose of the role Manage all operational and head office end to end recruitment Main responsibilities * To develop effective strong partnering relationships with key business partners * To provide commercially focused Recruitment solutions * Support the HRM to create, develop and implement the Recruitment Processes. * Drive recruitment to attract, develop and retain talent and build a pipeline for key positions * Recruit key roles within the business ensuring that the correct competencies, values and behaviours are identified within the candidates you're putting forward to the Hiring Managers * Be responsible for identifying, setting up and evaluating effective channels for attracting direct candidates for key roles, continually assessing effectiveness and putting forward new ideas for ongoing candidate attraction * Work closely with Hiring Managers focusing on both internal and external recruitment plans. * Identify and target various media to directly source candidates, either through networking, head hunting or referrals * Monitor candidate engagement throughout the selection process, identifying concerns and making recommendations for improvements * Advise, coach and support managers on policy, process and tools to ensure consistency in recruitment that adheres to best practice and is legally compliant In conjunction with recruiting managers, identify the requirements of a vacancy to create an accurate and comprehensive brief * Communicate with external Recruitment suppliers on requirements, performance levels and improvements required, driving continuous improvement * Collate feedback on the use and effectiveness of the current selection methods, making recommendations for improvements * All employees are required to work in accordance with established Company Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current UK legal and Safety requirements. * Employees must comply with Company Health & Safety requirements and set a personal example of safe behaviour at all times.
