This is an internal role for us at amdas recruitment. We are an independent boutique recruitment specialist, formed in the midst of the last recession. We specialise in providing a consultative service within variations of these following sectors; HR, finance, marketing & events, head office retail, airline services and project management sectors. Based from our head office in Waterloo, we recruit roles across the UK. At amdas, our results are generated by demonstrating the core values of our company culture. Each team member has been selected for their ability to work autonomously, sales / relationship building ability, and their consultative approach to recruitment. The business is built on its long-standing relationships with clients. This is achieved by consistent delivery. Progression is written by the individual and based on their success The business has been traditionally owner managed but are now at a stage where the directors need to concentrate on other projects. With this in mind, amdas is now looking for an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter with a proven billing record and a desire to manage and motivate staff. Working alongside/ Co-Managing a small team of recruitment consultants, you be responsible for supporting, developing and nurturing staff members as well as leading by example when it comes to revenue generation/ activity.
