Senior Recruitment Business Partner *£30 - £34 per hour* *East London* An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Recruitment Business Partner based in a Local Authority in East London. Post: Senior Recruitment Business Partner Rate: £30 - £34 per hour 3 - 6 months We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Business Partner to work closely with senior managers, management teams and other key stakeholders to build organisational capacity to attract new staff and ensure that they are effectively on-boarded into the organisation The main duties of the role are as followings; Actively contribute to and be part of the Senior HR Management team, coaching, supporting, advising and facilitating discussion as appropriate to ensure the HR Business Partners and HR Officers are managed effectively and efficiently. Coach, support, mentor and challenge senior staff in the application of HR policies and practices, providing clear and concise guidance on complex HR issues to minimise risk and reputational damage to the council. To take the strategic lead in corporate working parties and project teams, promoting best practice and sound innovation in dealing with challenging situations. To use workforce intelligence to identify people management requirements and performance issues, and establish credibility as an expert in strategic HR within an operational service. To drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change programmes and interventions across the directorates within the council.Requirements Substantial experience of delivery cultural change in large multi-cultural organisations Expert knowledge and experience on key people management functions i.e. OD, Recruitment and Business Partnering. Experience of providing guidance to senior managers in areas involving complex issues or legal proceedings including TUPE and attendance at employment tribunals. Experience of working collaboratively with senior managers to identify effective and sustainable solutions on complex casework including discipline capability, grievance and absence management.Clients are looking to interview and shortlist shortly, so please submit your CV promptly for consideration.
