Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a market leading Recruitment business that prides its self on employee development and retention. The purpose of the role: The role will support the sales strategy and business growth with Lincoln and Newark based clients. Working alongside colleagues to deliver exceptional service within the recruitment and selection of workers. You will ensure recruitment campaigns are initiated, ensuring an available pool of candidates . Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate should be well presented with a sound education. You should have a previous work history and be able to confirm references. ideally having worked within a recruitment sales environment, however not essential. You should posses excellent customer service skills and have the aptitude to work out strategies for clients and work through challenging situations. You should have excellent organisational skills and be able to delegate duties . The role will require telephone sales and client visits, therefore the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills along with a high level of both spoken and written English as well as excellent microsoft office including Excel and Presentation. The successful candidate will be set sales objectives and work to clear targets. Compliance and health and safety will be an essential part of this role therefore experience would be desirable.
