Job Description: Senior Recruitment Consultant Location: based in our Birmingham or Leicester offices Hours: 9am – 5pm. Monday to Friday. Company Introduction: We are Aspire Achieve Recruitment and we are working with a leading training provider in the UK, with offices in Leicester and Birmingham. This role will be instrumental in heading up our recruitment function for our clients various roles. Qualities: • Self-starter; able to use initiative and act with professionalism at all times. • Good personable manner with advance communications skills. • Attention to detail - effective reporting of pipeline and prospects. • Works to deadlines and follows through to completion. Responsibilities: • Use sales, business development and networking to attract business from client companies. • Visit clients to build and develop relationships and close sales. • Develop a robust understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work. • Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media. • Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships. • Set up and maintain systems and processes required to effectively manage our business. • Receive and review applications, manage interviews, tests and shortlisting of candidates. • Candidate matching of vacancies. • Mentoring and support of Candidates who do not immediately secure work • Requesting references and check the suitability of applicants. • Briefing the candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job. • Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients. • Organising interviews for candidates; inform candidates about the results of their interviews. • Offer advice on pay rates, training and career progression • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques. Skills - Mandatory • Process driven with good understanding of candidate tracking and matching. • Self-starter – able to think on their feet and work unsupervised if required. • Attention to detail • Motivated, personable and with a “can do” attitude. • Detailed Understanding of recruitment Skills - Desirable • Understanding of work based learning and apprenticeships. • Good knowledge of MS office
