Gaia Newton Associates are looking to recruit a proven Recruitment Consultant to manage and develop a successful desk within our specialist construction and administrative divisions and to grow the team's client base through effective business development. Following a period of strong growth, we are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take on a proven desk and develop it to new heights. You will be responsible for carrying out a full 360 degree recruitment role, utilising your experience to build and develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates in order to build a solid pipeline of business. We pride ourselves on providing a supportive and rewarding working environment, allowing every member of the business to exceed their potential. We don't target our consultants on activity, rather we focus on results, ensuring that we can identify the right solution for the client or candidate, not a quick win outcome. This enables us to build long-term, successful relationships with our partner clients. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in the recruitment industry, ideally within the Construction and Administration specialisms. In terms of rewards, we offer a basic salary together with a competitive commission structure, Team Away Days amongst others.
