Keyman are based in Croydon, specialising in Rail, Civils and Construction, placing professional and technical contractors. We are currently in the market for an individual motivated by the opportunity of advancing their career in Recruitment. The position will involve performing your own 360 recruitment, and the development of other consultants We will offer you the role as Senior or Business Manager, and in return, learn and prosper from your already well tuned knowledge of recruitment within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience within contract recruitment and have experience of placing and managing a base of 15-20 Contractors. A career and commission structure, based on Meritocracy. Leadership and sales training, incentive days out on target met, and a clear path for progress within the company.
