Due to expansion Wolf Healthcare are recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant based in our Gloucester branch. Offering a competitive salary of up to £30,ooo per annum plus commission working Monday- Friday (Apply online only) plus on call duties. You will be part of a hugely successful business who are market leaders within the recruitment sector across the Midlands. Wolf Healthcare was established in 2017 and in the last 2 years has gone from strength to strength within the recruitment market with a number of high profile, prestigious accounts. You will have the support of an experienced and diverse team that will allow you to develop to your maximum potential. Roles and Responsibilities: * Managing a team of Care Assistants and Support Workers on a daily basis * Taking bookings from your clients and filling with appropriately trained and experienced staff * Screening staff on each assignment they will be completing * Managing staff availability, working hours, annual leave, payroll, sick leave * Obtaining new business by making sales calls, developing relationships and meeting with new clients to ensure full understanding of their requirements * Advertising, screening and interviewing potential staff * Coordinating bookings including short notice and long term * Managing compliance including DBS checks, referencing, training and staff supervisions in line with CQC policies Person Specification * You must be a friendly, approachable and hard working individual who enjoys working as part of a team but also ability to use own initiative * You must be able to think outside of the box and have strong problem solving skills * Experience within the Health and Social sector or Recruitment is essential * A full driving licence is advantageous due the location of some clients Benefits * Free parking * Competitive salary * Geniune career progression as the business expands * Working for a highly successful and reputable organisation Your own company laptop and telephone * The flexibility to progress and UNCAPPED BONUS If you want to be a part of a successful business how has ambitions to expand within the market- this is the opportunity for you!
