We work with fast-growing Recruitment Agencies who understood that its employees are the motor that keeps the company going; with companies that would give an arm and a leg for you to join them! Which sectors do they cover? Most of our clients cover the semiconductors and components, software and infrastructure, lighting and optics, artificial intelligence, finance, telecommunication, HR and many others. How is the office environment? Depends on who you are and what you want. We can place you in buzzy offices or in calm and quiet environments. Some will offer you the possibility of working remote 1-2-3 days, some work completely remote and some adopted the Ř-days working week". What's in it for you? These companies will offer: - Depending on experience - a basic salary of up to £45,000 - Commission schemes that go as up as 45% - International exposure - Quarterly and Yearly bonuses - No (or low) Thresholds - Paid Holidays (not only for high billers but for everyone) Who are you? - an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record and a minimum of 12 months of experience - a strong recruiter who billed a minimum of £120,000 per year - a natural business developer with an entrepreneurial spirit - experienced in running a permanent or temporary/contract desk (dual desks accepted as well) - outgoing, confident, with significant communication skills - have the ability to build strong and long-term relationships with clients and candidates Apply Now!
