It’s time to take the next step in your recruitment career. Joining Essential Personnel as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, means you’ll be working hard to hunt for the best opportunities for your candidates to keep them moving forward in their career. Whether you’re a recruitment consultant looking to take their next step up, or a B2B salesperson looking for a new challenge, you’ll be used to business development, networking and negotiating and closing deals with clients, and making things happen just through your own drive and initiative. Every recruitment agency does things slightly differently, and we’re no exception. We have a process that we follow and you’ll get access to an award winning training programme so that what you’re doing is consistent with everyone else, and so you can deliver the best service to our clients. We’ll help you map out a client sector to work so you can focus your energy and maximise your billings and the commission you earn. You’ll get a basic salary starting around £30,000 depending on experience, and meeting your targets will mean an OTE of £60,000. Commission is uncapped though, so there’s no limit on what you can earn. You’ll also have access to your own training budget, so you can keep developing in your career and become an expert in the jobs you’re recruiting for.
