Senior Recruitment Consultant Based in Wellingborough Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm Salary: Negotiable depending on experience. Echo Personnel Echo Personnel are recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work from our Wellingborough office. Duties * Recruiting temporary workers for our clients based around Northamptonshire * Servicing clients and booking weekly meetings * Overseeing a team of consultants * Managing booking with our clients * Overseeing Payroll * Updating our system and ensuring information is kept up to date * Registrations * Updating jobs through our job boards, social media and other advertising avenues * Offering the highest level of service throughout the entire recruitment process to both our clients and candidates It would be desirable if you have experience of recruitment We’re looking to hear from candidates who are motivated, believe in providing a fantastic customer & candidate experience.
