Are you looking to join a growing Construction bias agency? Our client is based in South Wales and heading towards £10m T/O and 20 staff. They have a strong presence in the Trades sector providing temporary recruitment solutions to their many established clients. Ad-hoc they also recruit in the white collar perms market place, however, this is a sector they wish to develop. They would also consider adding complimentary sectors such as FM M&E shopfitting etc. We are therefore keen to speak to any experienced and driven recruiters who have sector experience, a stable track record and geographical market knowledge. You MUST have both recruitment and temp/perm process and legislation knowledge to be considered. You will offer the full cycle therefore your experience should cover Sales, Service and Admin. Your organisational and communication skills will be key to your success as you really will have the full autonomy to run your desk like it is your own company.
