Senior Recruitment Consultant We are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant to take over a steady Industrial Desk with the potential for quick growth. Workforce has been established 45 years and we are Independent and proud. We built our reputation on providing excellent standards and truly believe in providing a quality service to our clients. With relationships that go back decades we are prepared to go the extra mile for our clients and want someone who shares our beliefs. The ideal person will have a solid background with temp recruitment and able to generate new business in addition to the candidate fulfilment aspects of the role. We are looking for someone with passion and confidence who believes in the values of the services that the Recruitment industry has to offer and is able to convey that certainty to our clients. Based in the City centre a driving licence and use of a car is essential. Like any business we monitor our growth but we are not KPI crazy, we believe in quality over quantity and building those long term relationships.
