Smile Education is currently searching for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our ever-growing team. Due to a high-volume of business and internal growth, we are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Senior Leadership division. Smile Education is an award-winning recruitment agency that was established in 2009 and is based in Birmingham City Centre. We are specialists within the recruitment sector and are dedicated to finding quality professionals in education, whilst supporting a wide range of schools and multi-academy trusts within the West Midlands area with their recruitment needs. An opportunity has arisen to join our Leadership division from February 2020. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be working in partnership with the Director of Leadership to support a range of valued clients with their recruitment needs. You will be providing long term, interim staffing solutions as well as handling permanent vacancies. This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit an experienced consultant who is recognised for successful account management and developing new relationships. In this role, you will be dedicated to recruiting school leaders such as CEO’s, HR Managers and Headteachers to name a few. Our current clients span across Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the East and West Midlands with the potential to expand further. If successfully appointed, you will also be responsible for: Working alongside the Director of Leadership to support current clients Recruiting and attracting a pool of inspirational school leaders CV writing, job advert writing and social media promotion Effectively marketing services and quality candidates to schools Utilising a variety of business development activities to gather job vacancies Keeping up to date records Successfully hitting sales targets by making both permanent and interim placements Securing exclusive business, PSL places and large-scale agreements for the business as a whole Networking and organization of inspirational events that leaders want to attend Effective lead generation and vacancy management Working alongside our Marketing Manager to create successful campaigns to attract both potential candidates and clients To be considered for this post, the successful applicant will possess the following: A continuous, successful billing history in a similar role Thorough understanding of the education sector Exceptional sales skills and recruitment knowledge Strong presence and high levels of emotional intelligence Proven ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally Self-driven with high expectations Aspirational attitude with an appetite to succeed This post has additional benefits accompanied with an impressive salary.
