Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Team Manager Engineering Division Nottingham city centre £25k - £35k uncapped bonus as well as consistency bonus scheme, Fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing division within an already large and successful business with a well known brand. We recruit for Manufacturing and Engineering businesses in the East midlands, covering a wide variety of skill sets for these businesses. Suitable for somebody with recruitment experience who is looking to either progress their career or would like further support in billing consistently as well as a better environment, better commission structure and a healthier work / life balance. The duties of the Senior Recruitment Consultant will include: -Generating new business -Effective searching and interviewing the best engineering candidates in the market -Guiding both candidates and clients through the recruitment process for them to receive a positive outcome -Providing excellent service to both clients and candidates to ensure in the future they want to come back to us -Acting in a consultative manner, providing clients with real insight in the market and advising them accordingly -Visiting our clients as often as possible in order to truly understand their business -Giving candidates good advice, ensuring they are well prepared to represent themselves in an honest, constructive manner -Assisting in coaching and developing the rest of the team The successful Senior Recruitment Consultant: -You will need to be a driven / focused individual with the desire to exceed targets -Previous experience working and generating great results in a billing recruiter role -A desire to learn new ways of thinking and ways to approach problems -Will need to deliver great customer service -Most importantly you will need a hunger to succeed and create your own stamp on the market -The ability to challenge yourself, always looking to improve on your personal best -Ideally have coached or managed consultants in the past -Have a desire for career progression and to manage a team On Offer: Competitive salary which increases as you achieve set milestones.
