Due to continued client wins and signing multiple PSL's with leading construction clients we are looking for someone to join our existing team. The desk is already billing money and has job vacancies being registered daily so will offer someone a genuine opportunity to make an immediate impact and earn commission from day1. What you'll need to succeed with us: You will have excellent sales skills and a proven track record of success in either previous employment or Education. There's not one typical person that makes a good recruiter. To succeed you'll need to demonstrate that you're sales driven, results-focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed in a competitive and fast paced environment. You will possess the ability to build successful relationships with clients and candidates and show outstanding interpersonal skills to maintain relationships. You will be ambitious and driven to develop your market quickly and show an inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, show attention to detail and a strong work ethic in order to succeed.
