Three Swans Recruitment Ltd are currently looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/ Recruitment Consultant to work in our office in Selby. We have been a registered compnay now for 6 months and we offer recruitment services across the Health Care, Social Care and Education sectors throughout the UK. We work with businesses small and large to successfully help grow their teams on a temporary and permanent basis therefore having good communication skills and understanding in the sector is important. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant/ Recruitment Consultant at Three Swans, you will be required to do a 360 role, dealing with all sides of the business. An existing client base has been built up however you will be required to obtain new contracts therefore experience in business development is key. Job Role: - Administration and processing new candidates onto our systems - Submitting DBS certificates - Completing references and any requirements from clients - Attend regular meetings with new and existing clients to win business - Dealing with pay enquires if and when needed - Attending jobs fairs and networking with local companies Hours: Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 5:00pm) Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) Flexible working could be an option once probationary period has passed. Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 plus commission The ideal candidate would need to have: - Previous experience working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant/ Recruitment Consultant within the health care or education sectors. - Full driving licence with access to own vehicle If this is something you are interested in, apply today
