Menfor Group supplies skilled and fully trained professional labour resources to the rail, utilities, tunnelling, nuclear, aviation and highways sectors, bringing more than twenty-five years of in-house experience. Menfor Group is looking for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant in trades and labour who can independently run their own portfolio and must have construction recruitment experience. Main duties include but not limited to: Marketing & Client Management * Promote Sales, develop business plans, contribute in branding & marketing, and maintain networking to attract business. * Visit clients to build and develop positive relationships. * Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, job requirement and their work culture and environment. Recruitment * Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organisational goals * Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs * Develop and implement strategies based on clients’ needs * Research into competitors and marketplace * Define job description and document specifications * Build long-term client relationships * Research and develop recruiting leads * Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy * Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression * Skills: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Sales and negotiation skills * A goal-orientated approach to work * Ability to handle multiple priorities * Problem-solving ability * Ability to meet deadlines and targets * Ambition and the determination to succeed * Confidence and self-motivation * Time management and organisational skills * Team-working skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
