The great thing is we don't charge clients extra, so it's an easy sell! As a recruiter with WR you will close more business on an exclusive / retained basis. Our recruitment solutions include; psychometric assessment, video interviewing, a 12 month candidate guarantee and more giving you an edge over the competition. ABOUT US Founded in 2008, we have 4 specialist divisions and around 35 staff. Our office is modern and airy with plenty of natural light. There's a nice kitchen area with a proper coffee machine and Disco the office dog is often lurking around for some attention. We're always looking for new leaders and always promote from within. Our team are highly ambitious, driven individuals who often work collaboratively. Expectations are realistic and clear, we're in it for the long haul. We finish early on a Friday, offer flexible working hours and occasional work from home days. We have a great CRM along with cleaver analytics' software. THE POSITION As an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant, with your growth mind-set and dedication to adding value and achieving your potential, you'll confidently manage and create great relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates. You'll build your professional reputation and position yourself as a specialist. 360 recruitment in one of our specialist divisions.
