BardWood Support Services a successful recruitment company to the FM industry have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. Based in our head office in Wickford Essex, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Recruitment Consultant, the position entails working as part of a team, maintaining and growing established client relationships within a hot desk. The ideal candidate would have previous experience working within the recruitment industry. Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 but flexibility required Salary: £30,000 Plus OTE Start: Immediate Location: Wickford, Essex Duties: * You will be expected to service new and existing clients recruitment needs along with proactively canvassing for new business opportunities by speaking with key decision-makers to work with you as a supplier of choice * Liaising effectively at all levels up to MD * Coaching and offering career guidance to candidates Candidate * Able to demonstrate an ability to confidently communicate with candidates and clients * Forward thinking * Resilient * Positive, well-rounded and engaging personality * Ability to multi-task * Target driven, money motivated with solid evidence to support their suitability for a role in a fast-paced target driven environment * Previous recruitment experience essential * Proven background in a direct sales environment Package * All clients are fully satisfied with the service provided * Ensure recruitment targets are met to achieve service delivery for all existing and new clients * Ensure performance indicators are constantly maintained and improved * All direct reports have a comprehensive knowledge of the Business Management System and work to the required standards * Maintain and promote the reputation of the company * Efficient and effective deployment of employees with regard to client needs * Manage support and develop all direct reporting managers within the business * Ensure that all staff comply with Statutory/Company requirements * Maintain / promote company vision and values * Assist in the development of the business strategy to deliver and maintain growth * In liaison with HR Manager ensure employee issues are dealt with according to Company Policy
