JOB TITLE: Senior Recruitment Consultant
REPORTS TO: Managing Director
LOCATION: Blyth
Purpose of the Role:
Texo Recruitment is based in Westhill, Aberdeen, and are proud to be part of Texo, founded in 2020, we are an independent recruitment firm who specialise in Oil & Gas, Renewable energy, Infrastructure, and Welding & Fabrication sectors.
Due to company expansion, we are looking for a candidate to be based in our Blyth office to focus on growing the business in Blyth and surrounding areas. The position requires an individual who prides themselves on building long-term and trusted relationships, with both our clients and our candidates. The right individual will thrive in a dynamic business where all employees have input into the company strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
* 360 Recruitment – both temporary and permanent
* Obtaining new clients through proactive business development.
* Building on current and future relationships with clients
* Consistently achieving sales targets and maximise revenue
* Consult with clients and guide them through the recruitment process
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
* 3+years’ experience within a similar Recruitment Consultant/Sales role is essential
* Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
* Proactive and positive attitude
* Ability to prioritise and delegate
* Internal, and/or external recruitment experience
* Full UK driving licence essential

* Promote the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Aspects of the management system.
* Support the Company’s environmental stance by following all environmental procedures and policies
