Following a record breaking 2020, Pertemps Cambridge are looking for a Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join their team of recruiters to manage a dual commercial/specialist desk in the region. Maybe you're frustrated by meaningless KPI's, perhaps you've got lost in a difficult market and need help with structuring your desk and business planning? Responsibilities: Proactively seeking out qualified professionals using our industry-leading tech platforms and a variety of techniques. Screening, qualifying and assessing candidates through analysis and interview. You'll also manage their entire process from job application to post-placement, arranging interviews, briefing and debriefing your candidates between each stage and providing feedback to clients. Working on assignments from our existing clients while identifying any opportunities to work with new ones. Continually approaching and engaging new businesses to partner with using a variety of our own processes, technologies and your own sales style. You'll also identify cross-selling leads within your own client base that could be used by other areas of the business. Mentoring and providing ongoing support for junior team members or new starters. Keeping tabs on the latest news in your market; you'll be responsible for a particular specialism, and you'll identify any new developments in this area.
