ACCOUNTABILITIES • To act as a role model for other team members • To demonstrate company values at all times • To be a team mentor to your colleagues • Responsible for generating income for the business • Responsible for clients and candidates providing exceptional service • Responsible for performing to consistently high standards and achieving and exceeding KPI's and target set by the business • Responsible for day ?to-day decision making for your desk • Responsible for contacting new clients to establish supply needs and forging links and relationships • Responsible for conducting yourself in a professional manner both with the business and without • To lead in following all company procedures and policy • Demonstrate level of excellent customer service at all times THE ROLE • At the core of your role you will be sourcing Educational professionals for positions within the SEN Education Recruitment Sector • This will involve networking, business development, meeting with educational professional bodies to discuss how you can help them as well as giving them an insight into the market • Lead Generation you will be expected to generate business opportunity leads on regular basis and maximise opportunities for the business ? constantly identifying targets and cross selling. • Have a consultative selling style • Consistently exceed client and candidate expectations • Take on extra responsibilities for other people's desks and manager. • Demonstrate a practical approach and ability ?looking outside of the box? • Capable of full 360 search and selection process • Be able to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines • Working to pre ?defined list of KPI's to bring on new clients and demonstrate business growth • Keeping and maintaining accurate and compliant candidate and client records • Making both permanent and temporary placements in line with company targets • Making outbound, pro active sales calls to prospective companies to generate new business (vacancies and bookings) • Booking yourself out on company visits (in line with company KPI's) to ensure strong conversions of sales for the business • Achieving gross profit targets for the business • Reporting weekly activity and sales figures to Recruitment Manager • Conducting Regular Customer Service Reviews • Attraction, selection and interview of suitable candidates to meet the needs and demands of your clients • To ensure that all candidate and client records are recorded on the company database For more information on this role, please contact Marion Gallo Recruitment Business Manager
