Our growth plans are rapid and we are now looking for additional senior recruiters to join our Head office team in Burton Upon Trent. As a Senior Recruitment consultant, you will receive the best training, tools and technology to assist you in developing your career. You will work in a positive team environment while being held accountable for individual growth targets. A combination of recruiting, account development and account management skills are required. RESPONSIBILITIES: • 360 senior recruitments, specialising within our divisions - Perm or Contracts • Prospecting new client business across your niche. • Grow your knowledge become the go too recruiter • Approach and meet senior level executives appropriately and effectively • Making recommendations to clients regarding the candidates available to best meet their requirements • Sourcing candidates through existing database, networking, social media, business contacts, LinkedIn and direct recruiting We are looking for people with impeccable business development and multi-tasking skills. Self- confident, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic, you will thrive in a positive team-driven environment. Prior experience in Utilities, renewables, Power or Environmental recruitment is an advantage, although we are interested to hear from "high-achievers" from other disciplines who are also looking for an exciting new opportunity with competitive earning potential and long term career options.
