At Blue Arrow we have an opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant within our Bristol branch. Experience within recruitment is necessary, some team management/support would prove beneficial. The Role: We're looking for someone within our Bristol branch to maximise the sales and perms gross margin through the timely supply of employees to clients while reflecting the values of Blue Arrow UK.  This is a full 360 recruitment role and so we are looking for someone who can develop the permanent sector within the Bristol branch and realise its full potential. You will be managing existing business, clients and candidates whilst also developing new business, establishing strong relationships with new clients and attracting new candidates.  • You will develop and manage your own client portfolio and source the most suitable candidates utilising many different candidate attraction techniques. • Proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance.  • Enhance the national and local sales initiatives by ensuring all appropriate leads are recorded for action in line with your business development plan. We want you to become the recruitment partner of choice within the Bristol area.
