ABOUT THE JOB: As part of our continued expansion we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at our head office in Horsham, West Sussex. You will need to be tenacious and systematic to develop and fulfill client needs and identify talented candidates that meet with their needs. You will be supported by the directors; and have administrative and research support to help you succeed. Opportunities in terms of job satisfaction and earning potential are exceptional. ABOUT THE PERSON: It is likely that you will have worked in an agency/consultancy environment as a successful Recruitment Specialist for a period of two or more years. You will have experience of successfully recruiting for a blue chip client base. You will be educated to a high standard, ideally to degree level (or equivalent) and you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Above all, you must possess a maturity and credibility to deal with our blue chip clients, and show an ability and tenacity to develop new business and client relationships. The role offers significant autonomy and the benefit of a flexible business environment, which although sales focused, offers an excellent work/life balance. For success in this role you will need to… • Have excellent written and verbal business skills. • Have a professional, systematic and detailed approach to your work. • An ability to plan and engage in a sector specific recruitment strategy to develop a specific recruitment segment. • Have experience of successfully recruiting for a blue chip client base. • Be tenacious – you must be able to keep digging for information / leads. • Be organised – you must be able to plan a day/week/month and keep accurate records. • Be highly confident and competent on the phone. • Take on board new ideas and to learn new skills. • Be degree qualified – preferably 2.2 or above (or equivalent), ideally in a business studies, or related discipline. • Be aware that recruitment is a sales focused role. • See recruitment as a long term career.
