Senior Recruitment Consultant - Construction - Major Account Manager Pace Recruitment are currently expanding and we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Major Account Manager. This role will be looking after large accounts of top tier main contractors and big developers recruiting for white collar construction both permanent and freelance. Our client base is mainly SME main contractors up to circa £50m turnover and we are looking for a Key Account Manager to expand and developer the top tier accounts. The company: * We are based in Central London (Bank/ Liverpool Street) however consultants can work from home/ remotely a few days a week * We are a Construction recruitment company established in 2018 and we are growing * Currently recruiting white collar construction individuals across London & South East The role: * Senior Consultant/ Key Account Manager targeting large accounts and developing relationships further * Full 360 role with some accounts being cold/ medium/ warm * Potential to grow the "Major Accounts" divisions and lead a team The benefits: * Competitive salary and commission structure * Laptop * Mobile phone * Remote working * Ownership on large account/ no politics regarding who's client is who's * Better work life balance The individual: * Must have white collar construction experience * Longevity in previous positions * Must have experience working with large construction companies * Ambitious and want to grow * Strong at all aspects of 360 recruitment from BD to resourcing For more information please contact Jon Anning
