SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT EDUCATION SEN Due to continued growth Teaching Talent Education Recruitment Specialists seek to recruit a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant. As one of our consultants, you will need to provide a high level of customer service while excelling at influencing and negotiating. We're always busy, so you'll need to work quickly and collaborate well with colleagues, especially during our exciting and fast -paced booking sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Education Recruitment Consultant to develop their own desk. Welcoming all entrepreneurs PERSON SPECIFICATION • Have a proven track record of successfully recruiting Education professionals in SEN field • Drive, tenacity and the ability to build and maintain profitability in line with targets by producing and implementing winning strategies • Be forward thinking with a service focussed approach that will enhance the brand and build a reputation of a leading, effective and professional recruitment provider. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Source and match high quality candidates for a variety of job roles - permanent, part time and contract positions • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates • Maximise all sales opportunities and achieve placement targets • Promote vacancies to potential candidates and perform rigorous screening in order to present the best matched candidates • Continually work to generate new business by identifying new leads and referrals and exploit all potential business opportunities • Utilise a variety of networking advertising and social media tools ESSENTIAL CRITERIA • Must hold relevant experience within recruitment/employer and candidate engagement • Self starter with the ability to work on own initiative • Good listener - excellent communication skills • Honest and reliable • Prepared to go the extra mile for your clients and candidates • The ability to work under pressure • Proven experience of working to sales targets • Confident and resilient personality • Great organisational skills and flawless work ethic • Knowledge of Education Recruitment Market • 12 months minimum Recruitment experience ideally within Education • Manage and prioritise your own workload to ensure that both client and candidate expectations are best matched For more information and an informal chat please contact Marion Gallo Recruitment Manager at Teaching Talent
