Senior Recruitment Consultant - Logistics & Supply Chain Assist Resourcing Group are a National Recruitment Agency with over 70 sites across the UK covering high volume Industrial Staffing, Training, HR and Specialist Recruitment. Due to growth we are looking to add skilled people to our Specialist Recruitment Team. The Job The role of the Senior Recruitment Consultant is to fulfil the need for permanent staffing roles for a range of clients covering the Logistics and Supply Chain Market. The role covers everything from new business sales, account management, candidate attraction, head-hunting and managing the job from take onto offer and start. There are several opportunities to maximise key relationships / accounts in the group as well as landing new accounts. Operational Tasks - New business sales - Manage/participate in client sales presentations - Grow your market knowledge and contact lists through CV stripping and finding live jobs - Recruitment and selection of suitable candidates to fit the clients requirements - Implement appropriate applicant attraction campaigns using advertising methods such as social media, job sites and linkediin. - Manage the candidate database to propose new applicants to prospect clients - Conduct face to face and online interviewing/screening of potential candidates - Build relations with external parties (job centres, colleges, training institutions, etc.) Client Management - Develop long-lasting relationships with clients, working in partnership to gain and retain business - Establish and maintain an effective contact chain, extend our network within the client and opportunities to build business - Constantly underline to the clients the added value of the service and sell-in other group services - Develop a marketing plan to inform and update new and existing clients on Assist Resourcing Services using all forms of communication; email shots, newsletter updates, sales calls, marketing materials etc. - Conduct and record regular Client Service Meetings to ensure continuous improvement is achieved - Ensure all rates are applied correctly, costs are managed within the agreed parameters of the clients contract, all opportunities to develop business are pursued with the support of the Branch Manager Salary 30k to 34k ( negotiable ) Up to 30% of monthly billing + quarterly and annual bonuses
