Job title Senior Recruitment Consultant – Nursing Salary scale OTE in excess of £50k once established Location Blackburn Coben Medical are looking for a senior recruiter with proven success and experience with the Nursing sector. The successful applicant will be responsible for the growth of this new division so needs to be self starter with bags of enthusiasm and a never say die attitude This is a 360 role which demands attention to detail, an ability to deal with volumes and just the right mix of service and sales skills Essentials: Listening – We believe the more we listen, the more we will find out.
