Senior Recruitment Consultant - Senior Recruitment Consultant Bristol City Centre – Senior Recruitment Consultant £30,000 - £50,000 Basic + Commission (£60K to £70K realistic OTE year 1) + 3 Month Pay Reviews (Up to £1,000 basic pay rise per quarter) + Mobile Phone + 25 Days Holiday + Regular Incentives Senior Recruitment Consultant required for specialist boutique engineering recruitment company based in the Centre of Bristol. The person: * Recruitment experience (Permanent or Temp in ANY industry). * Highly motivated and driven to succeed. * Proficient in both new business and account management – able to win new clients and keep your existing clients happy. * Organised and able to manage your own work load effectively and independently. * Highly IT literate
