Flourish Education is a family run agency that specialises in working within the Education sector. Based in Longbridge - South Birmingham we cover the West Midlands supplying Education staff to Schools, Colleges, Children’s Centres and Nursery's. Due to continued success we are looking for a Senior Consultant who is ready for their next challenege or looking for a company were you can progress. We are looking for a Senior Consultant with a proven track record, ambition and a great team player. Do you want to work for a company that wants you to do well? As a Senior Consultant you would earn a basic salary of £28000, 38 days annual leave with  the chance to increase this to 44 days.  In your fist year your on target earning would be £39000 to £45000.
