ROLE OVERVIEW The purpose of this role is to identify and develop new business relationships within the construction industry at Tier 1, Tier 2 and specialist contractor levels, leveraging these to supply trades and labour into the market. The role carries the possibility of promotion to Trades & Labour Manager within the short to medium term, dependent upon progress. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Developing relationships with client decision-makers which will help the business to achieve targeted growth * Negotiating rates with both clients and candidates/subcontractors * There is support from an established resourcing team, but there will also be the necessity to source candidates at times using an existing database, advertising, and existing network * Updating and maintaining CRM * Assisting with the evolution of processes to create further growth, and in time the role will be responsible for mentoring and managing less experienced consultants.
