Job Description

Our client, a well established travel organisation, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join the team on a contract role based in London for 3 months to provide support to a team of recruiters. The role will involve ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication. You will be responsible for overseeing the hiring approval process and playing a key role in identifying and delivering on opportunities for improvement and efficiency. The successful candidate will ideally have worked within a Matrix environment and will be able to prioritise a high volume of tasks whilst demonstrating discretion and sensitivity at all times. Key Responsibilities * Provide best in class customer service to the recruiting team, candidates and hiring managers alike. * Assist recruiters to handle internal and external job postings. * Coordinate and communicate interview details to candidates, making certain they have all of the information necessary for their interviews. * Enter and maintain integrity of data in recruiting database (WorkDay). * Ad hoc reporting and analysis of recruitment data * Record invoices, employee and candidate expense reports, and any other financial information for the group. * Facilitate travel arrangements and coordinate day of interview logistics for candidate and hiring managers. * Take part in and lead on key projects and initiatives across the team. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team to find solutions, achieve results and deliver a great, effective and efficient service. * IT Skills; Strong skill in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
